How do I redeem my Pearson MyLab or Mastering code?

1. Visit Pearson.com.
2. Sign in or create a Pearson account.
3. Enter the course code provided by your instructor.
4. Input the access code you purchased from OnTheHub.
If you can’t find your access code, check your confirmation email from OnTheHub.

My access code doesn’t work — what should I do?

Double-check that you’re entering the code exactly as it appears (case-sensitive). If the issue continues, contact Pearson Support for activation problems, or use the email form below to reach Kivuto Support for order-related concerns.

Can I get a refund if I made a mistake with my order?

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the access code has not been redeemed. Once a product key or license has been activated, it cannot be refunded.

What happens if I request a refund after redeeming my code?

If a refund is processed after code redemption, your license will be deactivated, and any progress made in your Pearson course (including grades or assignments) will be permanently removed. This action cannot be reversed.

Support requests are typically addressed within 1–2 business days. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout for faster processing.

Please note: Refunds are not available after 14 days from the date of purchase, per Pearson’s refund policy.

Returning your order will deactivate your code/license and erase all progress in Pearson labs. This cannot be reversed.
